Turnaround & Stock Levels
We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. All orders of in stock items are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If your item is out of stock we will contact you via email (when provided) advising you of the anticipated dispatch date. Suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. We will contact you via email (when provided) advising you of the delay.
When making an order please take care as we are not liable simply because you made the wrong choice. Keep in mind that colours may appear different due to different monitor settings. If you need to exchange your goods due to this, all freight and insurance charges are your responsibility.
We are not liable if the website is not up to date or if a server error or pricing error has occurred. If a pricing error has occurred we do not have to honour it.
Goods can only be delivered to its destination when purchase and delivery fee has been paid in full. Only then will the goods be dispatched.
Please note that Mitchell’s Adventure makes every effort to ensure all details are correct, however we reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions including advertised prices.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- If you request an exchange, you must pay Mitchell’s Adventure any costs associated with us delivering the exchange item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value that the return item, you must also pay us the difference in price.
- Shoes must be unworn and only tried on when on carpet.
- Clothing must be in their original condition and unworn.
- Shoes and clothing must be in original packaging and contain original tags.
- Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or used.
- All sew in labels are still to be attached.
- We do not exchange used, ex-issue or military issue items. These items are technically second hand and are sold as is.

Your account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason you will be refunded.

Mitchell’s Adventure only ships products to destinations within Australia and shipping cost is based on the total order value. Freight charges are calculated prior to shipment. You will be contacted if the freight charge is greater than the price displayed on checkout. For orders to destinations outside Australia we will generate a quote including freight prior to payment.
Mitchell’s Adventure are not liable for goods delivered to the given delivery address when no one is available to accept the order. Australia post may “SAFE DROP” the order unless you indicate in comments “DO NOT SAFE DROP”
How to Return an Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email email@example.com to request a refund. No refunds will be considered without return authorization.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the return authorization email from us and the original receipt.
4. Additional freight will be charged if you require a replacement item.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
